YES-EU to get a new 7,600 square metre headquarters in Vantaa

YES-EU Oy, an importer of electric commercial vehicles and charging solutions, is expanding its business – a new headquarters is being built in Vantaa.

The new 7,600 square metre premises will allow YES-EU to serve existing customers even more smoothly and to expand its business into the electric van and truck market. The new headquarters will be built in Vantaa, at a busy location along Ring Road III.

The premises project at Äyritie 6 is being carried out in cooperation with the future owner of the building, Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj. Construction will start this autumn and the premises are scheduled for completion in autumn 2027. The three-storey premises will house customer reception, a showroom, extensive service facilities and parts warehouses.

YES-EU, which employs around 60 professionals in the field, has a strong position as a provider of complete electric transport services in the bus and charger market. Around 700 Yutong buses imported by the company are already in service across Finland.

“Our goal is to accelerate Finland’s transition to electric transport. Our rapid growth shows that we have succeeded in bringing solutions to the market that our customers value. With growth, our current premises on Perintötie in Vantaa have become too small, and the new headquarters together with our workshop network operating in several cities will allow even more flexible customer service and support the growth of our business,” says YES-EU Oy’s CEO Mikko Kytölä.

”As a long-term property investor and developer, our goal is to create premises solutions for our customers that support business growth for decades to come. YES-EU is an excellent example of a fast-growing, forward-looking company whose needs we can meet with a fully tailored solution. We are very pleased to have YES-EU as our long-term partner and customer,” says Timo Valtonen, CEO of Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj.

YES-EU will start importing electric vans and trucks to the Finnish market later this year. YES-EU’s own service and workshop network currently operates in four cities: Vantaa, Turku, Tampere and Kuopio, where a location opened in June 2026. The company’s own workshop network ensures that YES-EU customers across Finland receive high-quality service as close to them as possible.
