The seller is YES-EU Oy (Business ID 3198522-8), Perint\u00f6tie 8, 01510 Vantaa, Finland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order request<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An order request sent on the website is not binding and does not oblige you to pay. Our sales team will contact you, confirm the availability of the van and agree on the details of the purchase with you, such as financing and delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Purchase and terms of sale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purchase is concluded when the buyer and the seller sign the sales contract. The sale follows the order and sales terms for new vehicles approved by the Finnish automotive consumer negotiation board (AUNE) and reviewed by the Consumer Ombudsman. The terms are provided to the buyer together with the sales contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prices and payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are shown excluding VAT and including VAT (25.5%). No payment is made on the website. The payment method and any financing are agreed with the seller, and the purchase price is paid at the latest when the van is handed over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Handover<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The van is handed over at the seller\u2019s location unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right of withdrawal in distance sales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a consumer concludes the purchase remotely, for example by phone or email, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the van. Withdrawal instructions and a withdrawal form are provided with the sales contract. A purchase concluded at the seller\u2019s premises cannot be withdrawn in this way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warranty and liability for defects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The warranty is described on the <a href=\"https:\/\/farizon.fi\/en\/buying\/warranty\/\">Warranty page<\/a>. The seller\u2019s liability for defects is determined by the terms of sale and the law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation. A consumer can contact the Finnish consumer advisory services (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi\/\">www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi<\/a>) and the Consumer Disputes Board (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kuluttajariita.fi\/\">www.kuluttajariita.fi<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personal data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The processing of personal data is described in the <a href=\"https:\/\/farizon.fi\/en\/privacy-notice\/\">privacy notice<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Order terms General These terms apply to order requests sent via the farizon.fi website.
